During your long distance medical transport, we want you to be as comfortable as possible and that is why we offer you the choice of beverages and foods to have on the medical coach during your interstate travel.

We will supply your non emergency medical transport with soft drinks, juices and water. You may also request specific items you may require for special dieting needs, or you can bring any food items or beverages you would like to have available during your transport. If you have food allergies, we can bring along your favorite foods and drinks. Please let us know if you have any other dietary needs such as a vegan, diabetic, or PKU (low protein) lifestyle; we will be glad to help and provide accommodations for you.

We also allow you to have alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine or liquor aboard the medical coach. Just let us know before your travel date what beverages and spirits you would like to have and we will make sure to accommodate your needs. Since our medical coach is equipped with a refrigerator and stove, you are able to bring along foods of your preference. We can carry your favorite snacks and your favorite meals, so you can truly experience the comfort of home on the road during your medical ground transportation.

Although we offer the ability to carry food and beverage on board we also offer you the luxury of ordering take-out from available restaurants during your transportation. We will pick up your order and you can enjoy your meal within the comfort of our medical coach. Examples of restaurants may include but are not limited to Chili’s, Applebee’s, Cracker Barrel, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, Zaxby’s, etc. Please keep in mind that restrictions may be due to availability of restaurants within the area or city of travel.

Another dining option includes the ability to dine-in at various restaurants for an evening meal that will allow you, the medical personnel and drivers to stretch out and relax. This option is only available to clients who are physically able to transfer to their wheelchair with minimal assist or walk on their own.
